Negative stress.

Stress is such a familiar part of any women's life, short-term stress situations are normal; however, constantly feeling on the edge is not a good thing. Stress is something that all pregnant women experience, but excessive levels of stress can not only affect mommy but also her unborn baby.

 Manage your stress levels in a healthy way to prevent any long-term damage. Stress is a silent disease and women need to educate themselves and recognize when they have stress and what causes them to feel stressed out.

Pregnancy can be a battle for many women, dealing with severe pregnancy discomforts and symptoms can make life very stressful. There are many effects of stress during pregnancy that could lead to long-term stress, severe and untreated stress.

These can lead to high blood pressure, gestational diabetes, heart attack or severe depression. Untreated stress levels will make your pregnancy difficult and will also affect your life post-delivery.
